Let me change your mind about brussel sprouts

I think brussel sprouts get a bad rap, simply for their name.  If you are like me and spent most of your life afraid of them.  Try them this way...as I have found with many many vegetables their flavor is all together different roasted.
Very simple.
Cut brussel sprouts in half
Put on a cookie sheet, sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with paprika.  Let sit for about an hour to let the salt bring out some natural flavors.  Roast at 400 ddegrees until crisp and slightly brown.
