cook tortellini (cheese filled) until tortellini floats and is slightly larger in size. |
drain and add 1 large can of chicken broth, fresh parsley, onion and mushrooms. Cook until mushrooms are tender. |
add stewed tomatoes (I used canned from our garden) and fresh spinach |
Put tortellini back in |
When you dish it up sprinkle with asiago cheese (whatever cheese you prefer). |
